How do I change the care plan review date?

  1. Open the patient record in Inca

  2. Navigate to the Care Plan tab



3. Select the Next Review date to open the calendar pop-up



4. Use the drop down menu to amend the year. Click the left and right arrows to navigate between months and click on the date to select a specific day.
