iPayroll Employee Kiosk - Reset my password

Reset your Employee Kiosk Password

Your payslip information is protected by a password. If you have forgotten your password or need to change it you can do this from the iPayroll login area. You will be sent an email with instructions and a link to the reset area. If you do not use the reset, your old password is retained. 
Check with your employer if you are unsure of your Kiosk ID or Username. 
Check our spam folder if you don't see the email and  it can take a few minutes for the email to arrive.
  1. Go to www.ipayroll.co.nz
  2. Select > Log in
  3. Select > Reset my password
  4. Enter > your Employee Kiosk Username (usually your email address)
  5. Check your email account for the Reset my password email from iPayroll
  6. In the email > Click on Reset Password or copy and paste the reset password URL into your browser. 
  7. Enter your Username, your New Password and Confirm New Password (check the complexity rules)
  8. Select > Continue
  9. Your password has been changed

Reset your System-generated Username Employee Kiosk password

Speak with your employer and ask them to reset your Employee Kiosk account password or have them update your Personal Details page with your email address to change the Kiosk Username.
