iPayroll Employee Kiosk - Leave Request

 Leave Requests

Leave Request - Applying for leave

You will be able to request leave  (depending on the settings selected by your employer). If you cannot see the Leave Request menu, you will need to contact your employer.
  1. Select > Leave Type from Drop Down Menu
  2. Select > First day of your leave
  3. Select > Last day of your leave
  4. Enter a reason > (not a required field, but may be helpful to your employer)
  5. Hours > calculated by your Work Pattern using the dates of leave or complete with the hours you require (if you are taking part days, you should complete separate requests) 
  6. Submit
  7. An email is sent to your employer or leave approver
  8. The request is shown in your kiosk as Pending until it is Approved

Leave Request - Changing details or removing

You will wil be able to change or remove a request leave before it is Approved. 
For Approved leave requests,  you will need to contact your employer or leave approver to change it.
  1. Select > Leave Summary
  2. Review the Status - if Pending
  3. Select > Rubbish Bin next to the Leave Request to delete it OR
  4. Select > Leave Request and amend details
  5. Submit
  6. An email is sent to your employer or leave approver
  7. Review the Status - if Approved
  8. Contact your employer or leave approver
  9. Leave showing in the Leave History means it has been processed through a pay, you will need to contact your employer or leave approver to change it.
