The Emergency feature includes:

  1. Snake/ Wildlife
  2. Room Lockout
  3. Notifications
  4. Medical Assistance
  5. Emergency Information
  6. Urgent SOS
This feature has been created to provide on hand duress alarm that links back to the local map to
provide assistance. In the event this is triggered, it will send an in app alert and SOS text message to app users in a 200M radius with their location turned on, and nominated SO distress contact. This should not be used as a sole means of calling for help. Utilize the “key contacts” section and also make a phone call to ensure assistance is achieved quickly.
